Bladder bleeding again. ( gross hematuria)

Seems like for about a week every year I go through this bladder bleeding thing. Major blood clotting is expelled during urination and most often it is strictly blood, no urine at all. The last major one I had was at the hospital during my last stay back in Oct.'22. After performing my stent proceedure it took only a few hours before the bladder bleed became apparent and they proceeded to do a bladder wall scraping, against their own advice do to the fact I had been placed on a double blood thinner due to the heart condition, 'causing some major discomfort afterwards with the issue of trying to pass clots through a catheter and having to have saline flushed in and out of the tubing and bladder on a continual basis. (Extreme discomfort/pain) I assure you, and having to strap the damn thing to my ankle for two weeks afterward.

They were unable to find the cause of the clotting & bleed the first go-round, they were more focused on getting the clots removed so that urine would/could flow. Well along came '23 & '24. each having at least one episode of a few days with more bleeding.. It passes, but seems like it continually returns and rears its ugly head.

This AM awoke with discomfort in lower left back area, and then this happened, major clots being expelled, and by major I mean like quarter to half dollar sized, with a stream of what appears to be just blood, not urine, although I am sure there is some there.. Will have to keep an eye on it for the next day or two and see what becomes of it and determine if it warrents another trip to the urologist/hospital.

Im telling you in advance though, I have some serious PTSD of cathetrization due to the last experience and they will need to knock my ass out to perform any proeedure.."Cause it aint happening any other way. The first round they placed one that was to small and just caused more discomft/pain because the clotting just kept interferring, so they just yanked the damn thing out and litterally shoved a larger tube in, Pain Scale well above the 10 point threshold.. was considering knocking out the fool that was doing the proceedure. Then after the two weeks came the removal,..normally no big deal.. guess again. They told me you might feel a little discomfort, a little, what like a building collapsing on me.. WTF. They said take a deep breath and exhale, before I even started to take a breath they just ripped it out. Let me tell ya, might as well just take a razor blade and peel your skin off.. SOB! I could go on, but I won't..suffice to say PTSD kicks in..

So we shall see where this rabbit hole leads this round...Still don't know why it happens or the source of the clotting. ???
