BEAST..

 

Would ya look at the size of this guy... its a 15 footer weighing in at 800 lbs. They snagged this fella from the Okeechobee after discovering it had been feeding off from local livestock. This dudes head is longer than the boy standing at the bottom...daaamn. he a big-un...and to think I was impressed by the larger one we had around here last year, its tiny compared to this guy.

This one was around 10 foot maybe 300lbs. he loved sun bathing in the local back yards here at home. Most are a lot smaller around here, usually around 4-7 foot, maybe 150-180 lbs. but dont be fooled they are fast and can cause all kinds of damage if they wanted to..we have been lucky so far in our neighborhood, since being here for 3 years now, only one incident of a dog being snatched bankside, where it shouldn't have been to begin with. Usually they are as much afraid of us as we are of them and tend to stay to themselves, but if hungry and/or provoked, they will respond accordingly..
