I got the laptop. It took all day for me to get it running though. The woman's mom couldn't remember her password, so I just reset the PC from the start. so It was a waiting game to reset, re-download, update, etc. but she is up and running and so much better than that chrome book I could barely do anything with..

So I am again a happy camper Now I get to have fun trying to remember all my log ins, passwords, etc. and setting it up to the way I want/need it to be. Unfortunately I was unable to save the info and files I wanted to from the old PC..
