All eyes on the tropics this week. Several forecasted spaghetti models.. Sure hope this thing takes an abrupt turn North as they say. Otherwise we here on the Space Coast could get blasted with a major surprise. Its still far enough out that an exact track is not possible, but forecasters are predicting a possible northern turn and skirting the east coast out to sea. Either way, we are sure to see some serious winds and rain, just hoping that its not a Cat-3 or worse if landfall does occur.
Best case scenario is that it will turn due to a trough opening between two systems out to see just off the coast of Florida, giving it an out and being forced by water and weather conditions that are not so favorable for a direct hit.
