Close Call..

 

This guy barely avoided having a very bad day...lol. He was spraying the waters edge with some form of weed/algae prevention chemical, and his rear wheel sunk almost instantly in a soft spot at the waters edge.

I thought for sure he was going to take a swim.. he shut down the ride and jumped off just in time to prevent it from rolling over and going into the water. 

That thing sank up to its axel in like 2 seconds, narrowly escaping a bad situation. He managed to keep it upright though after struggling for about a minute to hold it there. He ended up calling his company or co-worker and the brought another machine and hooked on and pulled him out without any issues. But dang if I didn't think he was going in the pond. That really would have sucked...

Obviously the rear is heavier than the front and thankfully so for him. if that front wheel had sunk as well it surely would have rolled over, and he would have been swimming with the fishes, turtles and possibly gator.. making for a really bad day!
